I have a menu with a list of menu items and a separator at the end. When I select an item and press the down arrow, the selection must proceed till the bottom of the drop-down and switch back to the first item. But this does not work If I have a separator as the last item in the drop-down. The keyboard navigation stops there. This is seen with ChoiceBox as well.

To reproduce the bug, run the attached test. Click on the file menu. Press DOWN arrow. If the selection proceeds till the separator and stops there, bug is reproduced.
