After i installed the Java FX 2.0 beta on Windows 7 a webstart application that used to work now had some classpath issues where some classes could not be found. After deinstalling JavaFX the application worked fine again. I java console i noticed a "bootstrapped" entry for java fx 2.0 which might had lead to the problem.
