MenuButton: isShowing()/showingProperty() works incorrectly

    Description

      To reproduce run attached application, expand dropdown window by clicking MenuButton, collapse it by clicking outside MenuButton.
      showingProperty()'s change listener is not invoked, isShowing() returns TRUE
