repaint problem with dirtyopts enabled

      Using presidio master build 27 with JDK7, windows XP 32 (and the latest Intel HD driver):

      Run ensemble, note display artifacts on tree view area as you mouse-over different nodes (see attached screen shot)

      Run with dirtyopts off (java -Dprism.dirtyopts=false -jar Ensemble.jar) and the problem no longer reproduces.
