I just installed the new plug-in with the JavaFX runtime and my existing applets (which don't use JavaFX yet and use JNLP launch configurations but are genuine applets that run INSIDE the browser) are broken. They ran fine when they were already loaded into the cache but as soon as I deleted the contents of the cache they refuse to load. It brings up my splash screen (defined in the applet's JNLP file) and then it hangs including hanging the entire browser. The only possible action at this point is to manually kill the browser using the task manager. I have tried both IE 9 and Firefox 4.01 with the same result.
