I started the ChartsSampler.jar demo and just grabbed the horizontal divider of the left area
and moved it up and down. Several times white areas (rectangles) appeared, but where fast
repainted. After some seconds trying however such a white area does not get repainted if
I don't move the mouse or continue to move the divider up/down.
