MenuBar: hover/selected state issues

      Win7/JDK6/FX-b29

      Run attached app and try to hover mouse above the MenuBar. First item stays highlighted in spite of mouse hovering. Then select any item and continue hovering. First item also stays highlighted. It contradicts to http://xdesign.us.oracle.com/projects/javaFX/fxcontrols-ue/specifications/menubar/Menubar-UESpec.html.
