SplitMenuButton: keyboard navigation does not work

      Win7/JDK6/FX-controls-scrum-33-2011-06-15_13-03-17

      To reproduce run attached application, expand menu by mouse clicking on drop-down arrow and try to select menu items by pressing UP or DOWN keys. Menu does not respond on keyboard.
