The runtime install progress panel has the following issues:
1) The window size is smaller than the Welcome and Completion panels by 16px in the X direction and 24px in the Y direction. All three windows should be the same size and appear at the same position (centered) on the screen.
2) The masthead title "JavaFX 2.0 Setup" is not centered vertically within the masthead
3) The masthead title font is 11pt Tahoma bold and should be 15pt Arial bold
4) The "Status:" label should be removed and the status text "Installing JavaFX 2.0..." should be aligned left with the left side of the progress bar.
5) The status text size should be 11pt Arial.
