SplitMenuButton displays menu when action area is clicked

When the "action area" of the SplitMenuButton is clicked, it fires the action associated with the onAction property, *but also* displays the menu as if the user had clicked in the "menu open" area. It should not display the menu unless the user clicks in the "menu open" area.
