CheckboxMenuItem de-aligned after unselection

      - Please see the attached test case.
      - Run and unselect the CheckBoxMenuItem, then again click the menu you can observe the Item is dealigned.
      In essence the alignment is ok
      1) If atleast one checkboxMenuItem is selected .
      2) when none of the checkboxmenuitem is selected only initially
