MediaPlayer.bufferProgressTimeProperty() does not get notified when the URL is using the file protocol. If this is the expected behavior, it should be documented. However, I believe even if it does not take any time to load a file that is already on the machine that the test is running on, a notification should sent that the buffer progress time is at least equal to the media duration at the end.
