scene root not resized correctly when root has layoutX/layoutY != 0

      I noticed that when I set layoutX and layoutY to StackPane which is root for Window, it resizes incorrectly not taking layoutX/Y values into account. With the latest build it resizes correctly at startup but if you resize the window you still get it to be resized incorrect.
