While the apis for Slider and ScrollBar are now consistent regarding click-to-position,
the default behaviour isn't.

Run the attached testcase, and click on the tracks of both the slider and scrollbar.

The Slider moves it's thumb to the position of the mouse click, while the ScrollBar
moves by it's block increment.
