Currently default preloader will show "Runtime error" button in both applet and webstart modes.

This does not look good and should be improved.

In the webstart mode we probably simply need to delegate to standard error dialogs.

To see how it behaves now use artifacts/deployed/applifecycle/*Exception* tests.

In fact default preloader is using ErrorPane and it is ErrorPane that needs to be improved.
