FillRule is not honored by SVGPath

      - Please see the attached test case. Run the test with b35 or later FX. Then press right/left arrow keys to toggle the fillrule . No update is observed, also try playing around with the SVGPath parameter values..
      - Also see the ref image for the expected behavior.
