AudioClip shows strange behaviour with small files that we are trying to play. It sounds like the first part of the file is played twice. The files are about 1 second in length. I tried both MP3 and Wav.

Steps to reproduce:
* Create a AudioClip with one of the files.
* Invoke play()

You should hear the first half or so of the sound played back twice.

This might be related to RT-13945.
