java.lang.NullPointerException for samples in webstart mode

      BrickBreaker, ColorfulCircles, DigitalClock, DisplayShelf, KeystrokeMotion, PathAnimation loads fine with the browser, but "click to launch this app as webstart" link can't be opened with java.lang.NullPointerException
