Open the attached project, setup the sdk path on b195 and run it.

Close the first window (with the red rectangle).
The second window show a checker board inside a scrollpane.

With an older build, scrollbars are correctly setup (see WithOldSDK.png).
With presidio b195, scrollbars are not setup (see WithLastSDK.png).
