In sqe fx manual testing instructions, we should state clearly whether the jnlp application should be launched from cmd line or within browsers.

      Here our intention is to launch it via cmd line. e.g. "javaws http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com/deployment2/sheldon/webCases/javafx/fxfeaturesTest/fxfeaturesTest/html/SignedJNLPTest.jnlp". We should make the instructions more clearly, otherwise testers will get confused.
