There is a dialog named "ERROR deleting file" when installing FX runtime

      Steps to reproduce:

       - install jre and no fx runtime
       - open an FX2 applets, for example: http://jfx.sfbay.sun.com/hudson/job/presidio-deploy-scrum/label=windows-i586-14/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/artifacts/deployed/DefaultPreloader/Fish.html
       - FX runtime will be downloaded and installed
       - In the end of the installation process, there is a dialog named "ERROR deleting file" with the content "Executing DELETE command fail with error code 5, dstFile C"
       - But after complete the installation, reopen the HTML, it can load successfully
