Memory leak in DropShadow.pcs.listeners.listenerList

      Ensemble2Auto test launched with graphics-scrum build 2508 and Xmx64m failed with
      OutOfMemory error after about 3 days. Heap dump shows that most of the memory is
      occupied by java.bean.ProperyChangeListener[] which is referenced from
      static com.sun.scenario.effect.Effect.pcs field.
