Now the embedded in html-page JavaFX - apps work in Chrome, and that is fine.

But launching app via hyperlink in Chrome definitely doesn't work - despite JavaFX runtime already installed, it tries to download it and fails for some reason ( this is doesn't matter, trying to download runtime is already wrong )

BTW, one or two builds ago this functionality worked ( not very quickly, but...)
