preloader can be seen every time when reloading

      Load the following fx applet,
      http://rehte.cn.oracle.com:8080/wshost/new_ws/deployment/src/javafx/fxfeaturesTest/fxfeaturesTest/html/HelloPreloaderProgress.html
      Refresh the page for several times, but do NOT clean cache. If the preloader can be seen, bug is reproduced.
