When the scroll bar is at the bottom of table and new items are added after the last item in the list you cannot scroll to the new items.

Using the example program add enough items to create a vertical scrollbar.
Scroll to the very bottom of the table.
Add more items, only the new items added with the first button click will appear in the list. The scroll bar re-sizes for the additional items, but they are hidden below the bottom of the list and cannot be scrolled to.
