Chrome(12.0.742.122) can not load FX applet (not even with FF5 installed and <fx_runtime>/bin/npdeployJava1.dll copied to <FF>/plugins/ )

      jre: 7b147-promotion
      fx: b36
      FF: 5
      Chrome: 12.0.742.122

      1. Install FF5
      2. Install Chrome 12.0.742.122
      3. install jre7/b147/promotion
      4. Install fx b36
      5. Create dir "plugins" under installation dir of FF5, and then copy <fx_runtime>/bin/npdeployJava1.dll copied to <FF>/plugins/
      6. Access http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com/net/sqenfs-1/export1/comp/jsn/users/stephen/deployment_stuff/sqe_ws/7/deployment/src/javafx/fxfeaturesTest/fxfeaturesTest/html/ValidXmxArgs1.html from Chrome, if fx applet can not be loaded, then the bug is reproduced.

      Note:IE and FF5 are working fine.
