We need to extend NoJavaFXFallback to support case of standalone application and
also update ant task/launcher to save custom fallback class in the manifest file and use it from standalone case too.

Currently deploy-fx supports "fallback" attribute for "application" element but it only affect content of JNLP file and is not applicable to standalone.
