deploy build broken on Linux/Mac

      The targets myjarendMac and myjarendLinux in deploy/packager/build.xml copy from the directory "script" which doesn't exist.
      Presumably, it should be "scripts".

      See attached patch for a fix.

      Also, build.xml has DOS line-endings, which is wrong.
