FX SDK needs a checkbox for deselecting "samples"

      The sample apps are installed into the "apps" folder of the SDK. According to the UE spec at:

      http://aseng-wiki.us.oracle.com/asengwiki/display/ASUsability/JavaFX+2.0+SDK+Installer+UX+Spec

      we need a checkbox to be able to not install the samples. This was not implemented as part of the first drop.
