JavaFX threads not restarted when removing last JFXPanel and later create new JFXPanel

      When last JFXPanel is removed from a Swing app, the Threads "JavaFX Application Thread" and "QuantumRenderer-0" go away, which is IMO OK.

      But when creating a new JFXPanel, the threads don't come back and the JFXPanel does not display anything.
