some strings in security warning dialog are truncated

      Steps to reproduce:
      1)Launch the following applet
      http://jfx.sfbay.sun.com/hudson/job/presidio-deploy-scrum/label=windows-i586-14/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/artifacts/deployed/SignedApp/SignedApp.html
      2)there is a security dialog, if the strings of publisher and the checkbox of "always trust..." are truncated, bug is reproduced.
