Try to combine FocusModel and FocusModelBase

Keep as abstract classes, combine if possible. Also, FocusModel.setFocusedIndex / setFocusedItem should be private, not protected.
Justification: Simplification of class hierarchy. There is no loss or gain in terms of functionality.
