To reproduce bug, launch Ensemble app and choose "Advanced Stage" sample.
If you'll click on button "Create Stage", new undecoreated stage will appear.
If you click at that stage's button "minimalise me" it hides in taskbar which is right.
BUT. When you'll restore the frame from taskbar, any subsequent attempts to minimalize it again will fail.
