Prism should print upgrade driver message when bad GPU driver is encountered

      We need to inform user to upgrade driver, esp. when -Dprism.verbose=true, when we encountered a bad GPU driver version. Currently this information is only available via setting NWT_TRACE_LEVE to 1 or greater.
