borders on PieChart is not drawn correctly when it animates.

      Run ChartsSampler application. Open Basic PieChart. Add / delete data items. The borders for the arcs are not drawn correctly.
      This happens from promoted build b36 onwards. Does not happen on b35 and earlier.
