Steps to reproduce:
1) Install jre 6u24
2) Install the latest fx-runtime-2.0.exe from
http://jfx.us.oracle.com/hudson/job/presidio/label=windows-i586-14/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/artifacts/bundles/release/javafx-2.0-beta-windows-i586.exe
3) Using IE8 to load FX2 applets
http://jfx.sfbay.sun.com/hudson/job/presidio-deploy-scrum/label=windows-i586-14/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/artifacts/deployed/DefaultPreloader/Fish.html
4)The applet cannot be downloaded successfully, it is always responsing and no error information.

Note:
it works on Firefox
it can start webstart DT with IE8 successfully.
