Chrome DT webstart causes JavaFX download Dialog.

      1. Install jre7-pro-b147
      2. Install fx2.0-pro-b38
      3. In Chrome, access http://jfx.us.oracle.com/hudson/job/presidio/label=windows-i586-14/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/artifacts/sdk/apps/DigitalClock.html
      4. Click on "click to launch this app as webstart" to launch webstart app, if a javafx download dialog pops up, the issue is reproduced. (btw, the dialog could not be canceled"

      IE7/FF5 is OK. FX applet is OK.
