Currently installer seem to always show "OK" dialog if MSI part succeeds.

By default any failure need to be critical and we should report install failure (with hints what user need to do to resolve it).

Some of the failures could be ok to "ignore" in production environment but for now we may want to see message box if it happens.
So we can get better feedback and find out how many people actually have problems installing javafx.
Having just log is not good enough.
