[TableView] Ctrl-Shift-PageUp/PageDown (Cmd-Shift-PageUp/PageDown) does not work

    • Tested in HelloWorld app on Mac OSX.

      Ctrl-Shift-PageUp/PageDown (Cmd-Shift-PageUp/PageDown on Mac) does not work.

      It should extend selection one page left/right in cell or column selection.
