When installing a javafx:deploy build of a JavaFX applicaiton I noticed that there were some difference in the install. The only one I can lay a firm finger on is that the EXE uses category for the start menu category and the MSI uses Vendor for the start menu category. This should be normalized across the two isntalls. Also, if there are impacts in the linux installer and it's menu we should make sure it uses the same values. MacOSX has no start menu so that won't be impacted.
