javafx2.0b42, on 64bit Windows, sdk installer hangs when installing runtime.

      Run b42 SDK installer on 64bit Windows(the installer can be either 64bit or 32bit), during sdk installation, runtime installer will be running. But the runtime installer hangs. Both of the processes of runtime-installer and sdk-installer keep running. While there is not any output. And there is no MSIxxxxx.LOG created for runtime installer.

      The b41 SDK installer runs correctly, and the b42 SDK installer works on 32bit system.
