When try to launch the javafx application using dtjava.launch, a native dialog come out with information:
JavaFX could not launch due to system configuration.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install 7u6
2. Install javafx 2.2.0 b13
3. Open http://jfx.us.oracle.com/hudson/view/2.2/job/2.2/label=windows-amd64-14/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/artifacts/apps/ga-samples/BrickBreaker.html
4. Click links: click to launch this app as webstart
5. If a dialog comes out with information:JavaFX could not launch due to system configuration. The bug is reproducible

Note: Applet created by DT works fine.
