NOTE: You need device with possibility of horizontal scrolling.

Run attached application.
Choose any control from the choiceBox.
Move mouse over it.
try to make horizontal scroll. (not vertical by mouse wheel)

Now I get NO events about it.

We briefly observed code from MASTER repo of 2.0.2 and there were no any case according to event *HMOUSEWHEEL from OS in according switch.
