Steps to reproduces

1. Open applet http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com/deployment1/deployment_6_UR_int_exec_ws/6/deployment/src/javafx/fxfeaturesTest/fxfeaturesTest/html/FullscreenTextTest.html
2. The applet should get launched successfully
3. Type multiple row test into text area.
4. Press down and up buttons should move the cursor between different rows. Now it has no response.
