FF12 uses JRE plugin(10.2.0.13), not FX(10.5.1.255), FX applets do not run

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install 7u2 b13
2. Install FX 2.1.1 b03
3. Try to run http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/javafx/2.0.2/promoted/fcs/b08-samples-respin3/binaries/windows-i586/javafx-samples-2.0.2/BrickBreaker.html
Expected:
Applet runs using 10.5.1.255
Actual:
Applet does not run

4.Try to run an applet(not FX)
Expected:
Applet runs using 10.5.1.255
Actual:
Applet runs using 10.2.0.13

IE, Chrome - no issue

7u5 b05 + FX 2.1.1 b03 - no issue
This issue is reported by EG(RegDeploy testing), I was able to reproduce it on stt-96-vmw4.ru.oracle.com
