SwingInterop sample doesn't display charts jnlp mode

      SwingInterop sample charts do not display when run as webstart. Same sample in browser or standalone is working.

      Steps:
      Install FX2.1 b10 sdk or runtime
      Get b10 ga-sample bundle
      launch SwingInterop.jnlp
