Fix failed for integrated in JRE JavaFX on windows platform with IE browser.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install JRE 7u10b13
2. Unpack samples from javaFX build 2.2.4 b13
3. Load some html from samples in Internet Explorer.
Current behavior:
Applet not loaded. Page always shows "no java" banner.
In Google Chrome and FireFox applet loaded successfully.
After separate javaFX installation with 7u10 b13 applet loaded fine in IE Browser.
