with jre 7u4/b22 being installed only,

fails to install fx runtime. (See attached screenshot)

While loading applet page: http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/javafx/2.1.0/promoted/fcs/b21/binaries/windows-i586/javafx-samples-2.1.0/BrickBreaker.html
could download and install the fx runtime successfully. Then the fx applet gets loaded successfully.
