SceneBuilder fails to start with error message: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine. Error: A fatal exception has occurred.

      I have installed JDK7u4 (with the bundled Java FX), and latest SceneBuilder.
      When starting the SceneBuilder I receive the error:
      ---------------------------
      Java Virtual Machine Launcher
      ---------------------------
      Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
      Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

      I succeed to launch JavaFX projects from NetBeans 7.1.2.

      Any Ideas for this issue?
