Open menu doesn't get left/right arrow keys events

      To reproduce:
      Run HelloSanity app
      Click 'Tabs and Menus'
      Choose 'Debug' menu
      Press left/right arrow keys.

      The left/right key events affects the buttons instead of the menu by focus to the "Simple Button" instead of moving to next menu item.
